Peach Eau De Vie

  • Add these Ingredients to a Stir Glass:
    2oz Peach Brandy
    0.5 Simple Syrup
    5-7 Dashes of Angostura bitters

    ADD ICE INTO MIXING GLASS

    (STIR UNTILL CHILLED)

    Strain into a lowball over large ice cube

    Garnish with a mint

Pear Eau De Vie

  • Add these Ingredients to a Mixing Glass:
    2oz Pear Brandy
    2-3 Dashes Angostura bitters
    2 Dashes of Mole Bitters
    2 bar spoon fulls of Agave

    ADD ICE INTO MIXING GLASS

    Strain into a lowball over a large ice cube

    Garnish: Burnt Orange Peel
